Neel is a driving force in the movement to bring green technology to the events industry. His engineering background and experience with both sustainable energy and live entertainment business development has led him to found Overdrive Energy Solutions.

In 2003 he founded Apex Speed Technology, a provider of control systems and engineering consulting for prototype, research & development and motorsports vehicle projects. Neel has also led business development for capital equipment suppliers and tech companies in live events since 2012. He led eps america - one of North America’s fastest growing production equipment suppliers of the last decade.

Neel has constantly been a “go to guy” for growing live event companies.

CO-FOUNDER

Boxer is the Founder and President of Bigger Hammer Production Services, an industry-leading provider of logistical support and stage crew since 1996. Having managed countless person-hours across thousands of event sites, Boxer has had continuous first-hand experience with current sustainability practices.

His reputation has granted him unparalleled collaboration with key decision makers in live entertainment. He is active in the industry’s safety initiative and is on the board of directors of the Event Safety Alliance (ESA).

Boxer has a unique insight into the needs of the industry’s leading event organizers and thought leaders, and his personal passion for sustainability is the spark that motivates him.

LEAD ENGINEER

Sean’s mix of knowledge and experience fuels his passion to develop sustainable technology for live events. As a touring tech & set carpenter for Roger Waters, MUSE, Enrique Iglesias and others, he’s held his place among the most respected technicians in the industry.

His experience is matched by a strong science background, with a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware, specializing in solar and other renewable energy systems, sustainability and efficiency.

Sean’s unique mix of practical and theoretical knowledge, along with his position in the touring world makes him one of the most capable people to lead live events - and many more industries, into a new energy paradigm.
